BASIS The nickname Gasbo was given to me at this place in 1967. These pages don't and wont deal with the serious issues of the VietNam war or the aftermath, more with everyday life in an area of conflict.
Phan Rang was the name of the USAF Air Base at which 2 (Bomber) Squadron was stationed. Two Squadron was located at that place between 1967 and 1972, I was there from 19 April 1967 till 20 April 1968.
Inside these pages are photographs of blokes who became great mates, for me, two in particular, the pics may be used and it would be appreciated if the user would recognise this site.
